      1. Using pin bending pliers or hemostats, insert the pin into the tool to support the pin at the weld point where it connects to the attachment.
      2. Using a threadless post, apply very gentle pressure on the last third of the pin to create a small bend.
      3. Before installing into the piercing, check the secure connection of the pin in the post by gently but firmly trying to pull apart the end from the post. Increase the degree of bend if it does not feel secure, or straighten the bend if it is too tight to fully seat.
      4. When inserting the threadless end into the post, apply direct and even pressure where the pin is located, as uneven pressure can place too much tension on the weld point and potentially lead to breakage.

To prolong the brilliance of your solid gold jewelry, follow these best care practices:

      • Avoid prolonged contact with heat, swimming pools, and any chemicals. This includes personal hygiene products and chemical jewelry cleaners. Everyday products like household cleaners, lotions, hair products or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that can permanently alter or damage your jewelry.

      • Do not use traditional jewelry cleaners on your gold jewelry, or any other chemical-filled solution, including toothpaste (we've seen some wild things). Traditional jewelry cleaners are not intended for piercing jewelry, which goes inside the body as opposed to on the body, and the chemicals could cause an adverse reaction with the skin tissue.

      • Polish your jewelry with light pressure using a microfiber shine cloth.

      • Warm water and gentle soap, along with a soft bristle brush (such as a soft toothbrush), are the safest options for removing any debris. Ultrasonics intended for jewelry care are also recommended, though do not exceed the recommended cycle times or use any chemical cleansers.

      • As one of the most experienced and well known jewelry companies in the professional industry, we strive to always maintain the highest caliber product. We stand behind our jewelry with a 100% guarantee against manufacturer’s defects.
