Shipping policy

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team will prepare it for shipment within 5-10 business days. Please note that paying for faster shipping does not expedite our fulfillment process. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. If necessary, our fulfillment team will notify you of any additional unforeseen delays. If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation after this time, please check your spam/junk folder.

Combining Orders: If you place separate orders and would like to combine them to save on shipping costs, please contact us at info@buddhajewelry.com. We will be happy to assist you.

International Shipping: Please be aware that international orders may take additional time to process due to mailing and customs restrictions and holds. We currently offer international shipping through DHL and UPS.

Customs & Taxes: We are not responsible for international customs taxes. These fees vary by country, and we are unable to provide tax quotes. If a client refuses to pay customs fees at the time of delivery, the jewelry will be shipped back to us. The client will then be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for all return shipping fees. These costs will be deducted from your returned order amount. The remaining balance, minus original shipping fees, will be refunded to the original payment method once the order is received back by us.

CUSMA Forms: We provide CUSMA forms for orders to Canada and Mexico. If you are a wholesale client with a brokerage number for import and would like this noted on your paperwork, please include this information in your order notes to help expedite your customs process.

VAT Invoices: If you need a VAT on your commercial invoice, please let us know at the time of placing your order so we can provide the necessary documentation.

Questions about your order? We're here to help! Please email us at: fulfillment@buddhajewelry.com so a member of our team can assist you.
