RETURN POLICY
We ship all our jewelry in heat-sealed bags. Due to the nature of body jewelry we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag has been opened. All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

When you wear Buddha Jewelry, you know that each design has exceptional craftsmanship while meeting the highest standards set by the Association of Professional Piercers. Our 14k solid gold designs are made to stand the test of time. The confidence you get while wearing or piercing with our precious metal is priceless. All materials used in our designs are nickel-free, lead-free, and of the highest quality. The gemstones we feature are specially chosen to be the perfect cut and quality to illuminate your jewelry to a whole other level. From genuine diamonds and white opals, lavish genuine colored gemstones to beloved Swarovski Crystals, we have your sparkle game on lock.
Our solid gold ends, clickers and charms have a lifetime guarantee for any manufacture defects. We will replace any broken items at our discretion or issue you a store credit if we are not able to exchange. While we make all our products with the highest integrity and quality, Chains are inherently delicate by nature. If there is a breakage due to a manufacturer error we are happy to offer repairs for one year from purchase date.
- Make sure the jewelry is not damaged.
- Make sure you have received the correct size (allow +/- .5 millimeter for any plugs / weights because our pieces are hand carved).
- Make sure you have received the item that you ordered.
Your experience is our highest priority. We are delighted to offer exchanges or credit within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you find the perfect piece to cherish. In most cases, refunds are not available.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped. Should your item arrive with a manufacturer defect or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience and replace your jewelry.
Upon arrival of your return or exchange, our team will notify you within 2-5 business days and ensure your request is handled with the utmost care.
To preserve the exceptional quality and the wellbeing of our team, customers, and jewelry:
- Should the pin be separated from your jewelry we will be happy to replace it. If you need you pin re-bent please visit your local piercer or find one here.
- Worn gold-plated designs are ineligible for exchange.
- Non-solid 14k gold pieces, sale items, and designs crafted from organic materials—including bone, pearl, shell, glass, horn, and wood—are considered final sale.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the sealed packaging of body jewelry has been opened.
Should an identical replacement not be available, a credit will be issued so you may select something equally stunning.
