While we create all our jewelry with the highest integrity and quality, gold piercing jewelry can be inherently delicate. Chains and pins in particular should be treated with special care. With the proper attention given to the correct handling, we know you’ll be able to enjoy your jewelry for a lifetime.

• What’s Covered:
  We will gladly repair or replace jewelry affected by a verified manufacturing defect, including:
  A gemstone falling out or visibly cracked
  Loose or improperly set stones
  Broken pin or pin connection upon arrival (Please note, our ends will come pre-bent, so no need for additional bending!)
  Broken hinge or clasp on a clicker
  Broken chain or faulty chain connection
  
• What’s Not:
  Our warranty does not cover damage due to:
  Mishandling, impact, or force (e.g., pulling, dropping, helmet damage)
  Improper pin bending and installation (see our bending tutorial)
  Wear and tear from everyday use
  

Please note for threadless ends: Once a piercing is fully healed, it's important to downsize the post to a shorter length. Wearing a post that’s too long can increase movement, pressure, and snagging - leading to unnecessary stress on the jewelry and potential pin breakage. Consult your piercer to ensure a proper fit for long-term comfort and wear.

* Meeting APP standards requires the use of X-ray analysis to verify that the composition of metals used to create your fine jewelry meets this requirement. All materials used in our designs are nickel-free, cadmium-free, lead-free, and meet gold purity standards. The gemstones we feature are ethically sourced and specially chosen for their cut and quality, bringing brilliance that elevates your jewelry to another level. In addition to meeting our industry's rigorous standards, our jewelry complies with California, Canada, European Union (EU), and United Kingdom (UK) regulations.

• Make sure the jewelry is not damaged.
• Make sure you have received the correct size (allow +/- .5 millimeter for any plugs / weights because our pieces are hand carved).
• Make sure you have received the item that you ordered.

Your experience is our highest priority. We are delighted to offer exchanges or credit within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you find the perfect piece to cherish. In most cases, refunds are not available.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped. Should your item arrive with a manufacturer defect or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience and replace your jewelry.

Upon arrival of your return or exchange, our team will notify you within 2-5 business days and ensure your request is handled with the utmost care.

To preserve the exceptional quality and the wellbeing of our team, customers, and jewelry:

• Should the pin be separated from your jewelry we will be happy to replace it. If you need you pin re-bent please visit your local piercer or find one here.
• Worn gold-plated designs are ineligible for exchange.
• Non-solid 14k gold pieces, sale items, and designs crafted from organic materials—including bone, pearl, shell, glass, horn, and wood—are considered final sale.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the sealed packaging of body jewelry has been opened.

Should an identical replacement not be available, a credit will be issued so you may select something equally stunning.
